Covid 19 – Delivery Information
In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers.
Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.
There is currently no impact to our delivery services at this stage, however we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.
Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.
You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.
We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented are to protect you and ensure we can continue to operate as normal.
Delivery charges are per order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require to send orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Tracked Courier Delivery – £2.95 or Free on orders over £25
- Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery. NI and Scottish Highlands and Island 3-5 Working Days Will Be Dispatched by Royal Mail
- You will receive an estimated time of delivery
Tracked Courier Next Day Delivery £4.95
Order before 10am for next day delivery, 7 days per week. You will receive an estimated time of Delivery. Restrictions apply, this service is not available on Bank Holidays.
Note: Delivery is only available in Mainland England, Wales, Scotland. Excludes NI and Islands.
All orders received will be processed and Dispatched within 24 Hours, with the majority being Dispatched the same Day. Orders received on a Bank holiday day, will be dispatched on the next working day available. Overseas orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail postal service. All orders must be paid for in full and payment cleared before dispatch.
We will only ship to the following countries : Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Falkland Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and all outlying territories, United States.
For all overseas orders, there is a choice between Tracked & Signed For and Untrack shipping method is Tracked & Signed Service, and will require a signature upon delivery of the goods. The tracked method is also insured, where as there is no insurance with the untracked service. If you choose the UNTRACKED option it is at your own risk and by choosing it you accept full responsibility should your parcel go missing or be damaged as there is no tracking or insurance. This service is suitable for small orders of little value that you are not in a hurry for. If your order is of any value or you require it quickly we strongly advise you to choose Tracked & Signed For as your postage option, we will provide you with the tracking number by email on dispatch. We do not provide an Express Service for International Shipping. Nail Polish and Aerosols cannot be dispatched out of the UK.

All untracked Orders are dispatched solely at the customers risk. Truly Fair Cosmetics will supply proof of posting on all orders, the customer to chase or claim against their Countries Postal Service. We except no responsibility for non delivery. We therefore advise customers to use the Track and Insured Service.

Non-receipt of International Orders
If a Tracked & Insured order is not received you must notify Truly Fair Cosmetics in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.
Orders not received, which were dispatched by Tracked & Insured, will not be deemed ‘missing’ until 21 working days have passed. In the event that an order is deemed missing our policy is to replace the order. Refunds will only be made on out of stock items.
Orders returned ‘Not Called For’ (or similar) by your Country’s Postal Service will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, excluding postage and a restocking fee of £2.50. Customers will be notified that the goods have been returned, the products refunded and the order effectively cancelled. The customer will then need to reorder the goods if they are still required.
Truly Fair Cosmetics shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
