Free UK Delivery on all orders over £25 Once this amount has been reach the P&P charge will automatically be remove.
Truly Fair Cosmetics believe in giving you a value for money, speedy and reliable delivery service.
We charge for shipping, rather than hide the fee in the cost of goods.
There is a Standard charge of £0.85 for small orders up to 0.09kg and then £1.99 up to 0.49kg
We offer a PRIORITY FIRST CLASS Shipping option at a cost of £3.99 up to 0.49kg and then £5.95 up to 1kg This ensures that all orders are processed straight away and posted using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This does not necessarily guarantee next day delivery. Orders place after 2pm may not be posted until the following day. Saturdays dispatch is 10am
Next Day Special Delivery Service
All orders are tracked, insured and have a guaranteed delivery day. Your order will be delivered the following working day by Royal Mail. Please note Orders must be received by 2pm Monday - Thursday to ensure next day delivery.
Unfortunately, this service can not be guaranteed at any other time. If you request next day delivery Friday - Sunday, on an English Bank Holiday or after 2pm it will be dispatched by next day delivery the next available working day.
Your tracking number is available to you in your order tracking details. You must be available at the delivery address to sign for your parcel or if you are not in to receive your order, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office.
We are no longer able to dispatch Nail Polish outside of the UK. For all other Makeup please ask for a Postal Cost First.
